We are seeking an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Mobile Operations & Delivery Coordinator to support the successful delivery of mobile app initiatives. This role combines product support, delivery coordination, release management, localization, testing coordination, and operational execution to ensure high-quality mobile app releases.
The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, excels at coordinating multiple stakeholders, and takes ownership of the operational details that keep mobile product development running smoothly. This is a hands-on execution and coordination role rather than a strategic Product Owner position.Key Responsibilities
1. Product & Delivery Support
- Support planning and execution of mobile app initiatives.
- Translate product requirements into clear Jira tickets and implementation-ready tasks.
- Assist in defining scope, priorities, acceptance criteria, and delivery readiness.
- Coordinate with developers to remove blockers and maintain delivery momentum.
- Support sprint planning, backlog refinement, and follow-up activities.
- Act as the operational facilitator for the Mobile Team with a delivery-focused mindset.
2. Design & Implementation Follow-Up
- Review completed features against approved designs and expected user experience.
- Identify implementation gaps, inconsistencies, and missing requirements.
- Collaborate with Product, UX, and Development teams to ensure alignment on completion criteria.
- Document follow-up actions and improvement opportunities when deliverables differ from expectations.
3. Localization & Translation Management
- Coordinate translation workflows for mobile applications.
- Prepare and distribute translation files to internal and external translation partners.
- Track new and updated text strings.
- Ensure developers receive accurate and current localization inputs.
- Import translations and validate correct in-app rendering.
- Maintain a structured and efficient localization process.
4. QA & Testing Coordination
- Support QA planning and validation of release candidates.
- Coordinate functional and regression testing activities.
- Collect, document, and communicate testing feedback across teams.
- Work with Customer Care and QA teams to identify recurring issues and prioritize improvements.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with Product, UX, Development, QA, Design, and Customer Care teams.
- Ensure issues are properly documented, triaged, and assigned.
- Align product requirements, technical implementation, and operational readiness.
- Improve communication, transparency, and follow-through across the delivery process.
6. Release & App Store Operations
- Coordinate preparation and execution of mobile app releases.
- Validate release readiness and required documentation.
- Publish app releases to Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
- Manage release notes, submission assets, and release checklists.
- Monitor release performance and coordinate issue resolution.
7. App Configuration Management
- Maintain app configurations across mobile products.
- Coordinate setup of plans, programs, content elements, and configurable features.
- Ensure configurations are documented, validated, and ready for release.
- Collaborate with Product, Content, Development, and QA teams to ensure successful deployment.
- Track configuration changes across environments.
- Reduce configuration-related errors and inconsistencies.
