Where? At one of our locations in Germany: Mainz or Berlin

• Write clear, persuasive, and engaging copy for digital and print channels
• Create content for websites, landing pages, sales & marketing tools, emails, blogs, and social media
• Develop brand messaging and maintain consistent tone of voice
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams on campaigns
• Research target audiences, competitors, and industry trends
• Optimize copy for SEO and conversion performance
• Edit and proofread content for grammar, clarity, and accuracy
• Adapt messaging for different audiences and platforms
• Support content strategy and campaign planning
• Ensure all copy aligns with brand guidelines and business goals

• Successfully completed degree in marketing, communication studies, English, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
• Proven experience as a copywriter or in a similar role (portfolio required)
• Excellent skills in writing, editing, and proofreading
• Strong understanding of tone, style, and target audience
• Familiarity with SEO principles and digital marketing strategies
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Fluency in written and spoken German and English
