DEINE AUFGABEN

Kontinuierliche Erweiterung und Optimierung der Internal Developer Platform
Erstellung, Pflege und Verbesserung von CI/CD-Pipelines, um den Software-Delivery-Lifecycle zu beschleunigen
Entwicklung und Pflege von Tools, Libraries und Frameworks, um eine schnelle Anwendungsentwicklung und effizientes Testen zu ermöglichen – damit unsere Entwickler/innen produktiver arbeiten können
Automatisieren von Prozessen zur Infrastrukturbereitstellung und Konfigurationsverwaltung
Optimieren und Verwalten der AWS-basierten Cloud-Infrastruktur
Optimierung und Entwicklung von Monitoring-, Logging- und Analytics-Tools, um wichtige Einblicke in Performance und Ressourcennutzung unserer Anwendungen bereitzustellen
Teilnahme am Bereitschaftsdienst in Abwechslung und Rücksprache mit dem Team

DEIN PROFIL

Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Informatik, Informationstechnologie oder vergleichbares
Du hast bereits mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Platform Engineer, DevOps Engineer, Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) oder in einer ähnlichen technischen Funktion in einem technologieorientierten Unternehmen
Du hast ausgeprägte praktische Erfahrung mit Cloud-Plattformen, vorzugsweise AWS
Du hast fundierte Kenntnisse von Infrastructure as Code (IaC) Tools wie Terraform/OpenTofu, Crossplane und AWS CDK
Du bringst Erfahrung mit GitOps-Praktiken, einschließlich Bereitstellung und Verwaltung von Kubernetes-Workloads mit Tools wie ArgoCD
Du beherrschst CI/CD-Prozesse und -Werkzeuge, mit Erfahrung in der Entwicklung, Erstellung und Wartung von Pipelines
Du verfügst über fundierte Erfahrung in der Implementierung von Monitoring- und Logging-Lösungen zur proaktiven Überwachung und Sicherstellung der Systemstabilität
Du bringst Kompetenz in Skripting und Automatisierung für das Infrastruktur- und Anwendungsmanagement
Du bringst außergewöhnliche Problemlösungskompetenz mit
Du arbeitest gerne im Team aber auch selbstständig und bist kommunikativ
Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

YOUR MISSION

Continuously develop and optimize the internal developer platform
Create, maintain and improve automated CI/CD pipelines to accelerate and streamline the software delivery lifecycle
Develop and maintain tools, libraries and frameworks that support rapid application development and testing and help developers be more productive
Automate infrastructure deployment and configuration management processes
Optimize and manage AWS-based cloud infrastructure
Optimization and development of monitoring, logging and analytics tools to provide our developers with important insights into the performance and resource usage of their applications
Participation in on-call duty in alternation and consultation with the team

YOUR PROFILE

You have successfully completed a degree in computer science, information technology or comparable
You already have several years of professional experience as a Platform Engineer, DevOps Engineer, Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) or in a similar technical role in a technology-oriented company
You have strong hands-on experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS
You have in-depth knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform/OpenTofu, Crossplane and AWS CDK
You bring experience with GitOps practices, including deployment and management of Kubernetes workloads with tools such as ArgoCD
You are proficient in CI/CD processes and tools, with experience in developing, building and maintaining pipelines
You have experience in implementing, monitoring and logging solutions to ensure system reliability and observability. )
You bring expertise in scripting and automation for infrastructure and application management
You bring exceptional problem solving skills
You enjoy working in a team but also independently and are communicative
You have a very good command of written and spoken German and English
