Salesforce Systems Project & Academy Content Assistant

• This role is responsible for managing Salesforce-related projects and supporting academy content execution.
• The position requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and track Salesforce system-related projects, ensuring timely execution.
• Manage task assignments, deadlines, and updates using Asana.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless project progress.
• Identify and address potential roadblocks in project execution.
• Support the Academy & Recognition Manager in content updates and execution.
• Assist with content uploads, localization, and backend management.
• Work closely with Marketing, IT, and other departments to ensure content accuracy and timely delivery.

• Experience in project management and content coordination
• Familiarity with Salesforce systems, Asana, and content management platforms is preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Ability to analyze project progress and provide data-driven insights for improvement
• Fluent English speaking
