Tasks / Responsibilities:

• Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining timelines, milestones, and resource requirements for R&D initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Team Leadership: Lead and motivate interdisciplinary teams, including researchers, engineers, and other stakeholders, to ensure alignment with project objectives. Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Resource Allocation: Allocate and manage project resources effectively, including budget, personnel, and equipment. Work closely with department heads to ensure the availability of necessary resources.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and challenges associated with projects and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor and manage project risks throughout the project lifecycle. 
• Communication and Reporting: Communicate project progress, status, and issues to key stakeholders, including senior management. Prepare regular reports and presentations on project milestones, outcomes, and lessons learned. 
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that projects adhere to quality standards and compliance with relevant regulations. Implement and maintain rigorous testing and validation processes.
• Collaboration: Foster collaboration and communication between R&D teams and other departments within the organization. Collaborate with external partners and vendors as needed for project success.

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in a research and development environment.
• Strong project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a research and development setting.
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
