• Understand and implement the Healy brand across a variety of marketing materials.
• Optimization of our visual brand and corporate identity
• Works closely with the Creative Director and the Marketing Team to maintain and increase the quality of design, creativity, productivity, communication and collaboration standards while keeping on track with deadlines.

• You have successfully completed a degree in graphic, media or communication design or a related field
• Solid knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft PowerPoint
• A solid understanding of design and typography
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Graphic Design
• You are attentive to detail, focused and autonomous, and have strong working ethics
• Fundamental understanding for time-management
• Hands-on mentality and Team Spirit
• Ability to solve problems with a creative mind and spirit
• Ability to maintain focus under the pressure of tight deadlines
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams
