• Project Planning: create comprehensive project plans, including timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation to ensure successful execution
• Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for the Salesforce Systems department and maintain clear and open communication to understand goals and expectations
• Collaboration and team coordination: coordinate closely with Global Director of Salesforce Systems timing and risk assessment, and coordinate with various teams and other departments for seamless project execution
• Budget Management: monitor and manage project budgets to ensure projects are delivered within agreed scope and budget
• Quality Control: perform quality checks on deliverables to ensure they meet expectations
• Risk assessment: identify potential project risks and develop risk mitigation strategies to keep projects on track
• Time management: track project progress and adjust schedules as needed to meet deadlines
• Reporting and Analysis: provide regular project updates and performance reports to Global Director of Salesforce Systems and internal stakeholders.

• You have a degree in the field of marketing, business administration or similar
• You have several years of professional experience in IT / Marketing / Sales as a project manager
• You have excellent project management skills and can coordinate complex projects
• You have the ability to think analytically in order to evaluate data and market information
• You have technical software understanding on a deeper level
• Your creativity and innovation help in the development of Salesforce Strategies
• Good communication and teamwork skills are a matter of course for you
• Business fluent German and English with excellent written and oral communication skills are required.
