Customer Care Representative - English / French - Orlando

Due to our rapid growth, further areas are being expanded. Therefore we need you - as a Customer Care Representative (English / French) to support our Customer Care department in our office in Orlando.
With your professional expertise you will be able to set accents and give the brand an authentic voice.
The important thing is: You are extremely keen to contribute your expertise and build something great "from the scratch" - with cool colleagues and a unique team spirit!

YOUR MISSION

Reply to customer support tickets and live chat messages from our national and international customers and sales partners
Working directly with the sales team
When dealing with individual issues, you will be responsible for finding solutions to customer inquiries in cooperation with colleagues from other departments
Additional and special tasks within the scope of your daily routine

YOUR PROFILE

Firsthand experience in the areas of Customer Service & Support
Fluent in spoken and written English and French. A third language is a plus
Tech-support experience is a plus
Strong communication skills; having empathy and working in a structured way
High goals standards, concentrating on providing the best service and value to our customers
Excellent at research, root cause analysis and problem solving
Having both a Team Player mentality as well as being able to work independently
Proficient working with computers and software programs, specially any support ticket platforms
